2011 aluminum alloy, a US wrought aluminum and aluminum alloy. 2011 is a free-cutting alloy containing copper and trace amounts of lead and bismuth. It offers high strength and good machinability, but poor corrosion resistance. It is commonly found in rods, tubes, and wire. 2011 aluminum alloy is used to manufacture screws and other machined products requiring good machinability. Comparative standards: Aluminum Association (AA) 2011, UNS A92011, ISO R209 AlCu6BiPb; GB 2011

6061 aluminum bar is a 6 series aluminum alloy product. It is a high-quality aluminum alloy product that has undergone a heat treatment pre-stretching process. Although its strength cannot be compared with 2 series and 7 series aluminum alloy products, it has many magnesium and silicon alloy characteristics, and has excellent processing performance, excellent welding characteristics and electroplating properties, good corrosion resistance, high toughness, no deformation after processing, dense and defect-free material, easy polishing, easy color film, and excellent oxidation effect.

7075 refers to a commonly used alloy in the 7-series aluminum alloys. Among the more common aluminum alloys, 7075 alloy offers exceptional strength. It is widely used in CNC-machined parts and is suitable for aircraft frames and high-strength components. 7-series aluminum alloys contain zinc and magnesium. Zinc is the primary alloying element in this series, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance. The addition of a small amount of magnesium allows the material to achieve very high strength after heat treatment. Solution treatment results in excellent plasticity, and heat treatment strengthens it exceptionally well. It exhibits high strength below 150°C and exceptionally good low-temperature strength.

6063 aluminum, primarily composed of magnesium and silicon, offers excellent processing properties, including weldability, extrudability, electroplating properties, good corrosion resistance, and toughness. It is easily polished and color-coated, and exhibits excellent anodizing properties, making it a typical extrusion alloy. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, cold workability, and moderate strength. Due to its numerous advantages, including good plasticity, moderate heat-treatment strength, excellent weldability, and a gorgeous surface color after anodizing, 6063 aluminum alloy is widely used in architectural profiles, irrigation pipes, and tubes, rods, and profiles for vehicles, stands, furniture, elevators, and fences.
