Product Introduction
7075 refers to a commonly used alloy in the 7-series aluminum alloys. Among the more common aluminum alloys, 7075 alloy offers exceptional strength and is widely used in CNC-machined parts, suitable for aircraft frames and high-strength components. 7-series aluminum alloys contain zinc and magnesium. Zinc is the primary alloying element in this series, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance. The addition of a small amount of magnesium allows the material to achieve exceptionally high strength after heat treatment. Solution treatment results in excellent ductility, and heat treatment strengthening is particularly effective. It exhibits high strength below 150°C and exceptionally good low-temperature strength.
